Chapter 1 £ £ General £ rules
Article 1
£ £ This association is named ¡°League of jewelry Dealers of Asia¡±, and the Portuguese name is¡°Uniao dasjoalharias da asia¡±, the English name is ¡°League of jewelry Dealers of Asia¡±.
Article 2
£ £ This association does not set a deadline of reservation. Its address is established in No.95 C underground, the Netherlands Park Road, Macau. To carry out its aim, this association may move the office toward any other place of Macau Special Administrative Region when it is needed and proper, and may set up branches organization, office and other form of administrative body in the anyplace inside or outside Macau Special Administrative Region.
Article 3
£ £ This association is not for seeking profit, its aims are to study, appreciate and protect jewelry treasures all countries in Asia, to install the bridge of communication between jewelers and jewelry collectors all countries in the world, to promote understanding, exchanging, comity and cooperation; to enhance connections with international and local associations of the same kind, to unite and contact the jewelers and jewelry collectors in Chinese hinterland, Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, other countries and regions in Asian, and offer help and services for them; to promote and carry out study, discussion, training, exchanges, communication, forum, exhibition, appraisement and exchanges of jewelry treasures and relevant investigations; to publish collections of the treasures of famous jewelry collectors¡¯ in the world, books and publications on collection to recommend the aims of this association; to deliver the latest information and developments about jewelry industries of all countries in the world.

Article 4
£ £ 1) The organization of this association:
£ £ £ £ a) General member meeting;
£ £ £ £ b) Council;
£ £ £ £ c) Supervisor committee.
£ £ 2) Each member of organization of this association will be determined by conference election, three years in each term, and may be elected and serve in succession.
Article 5
£ £ 1) General member meeting is the highest power organ, and consist of all basic members who completely has right, deciding and discussing everything of this association, establishing one president of association, several vice-presidents of association and secretaries. The total of the composed personnel must be odd number, minimal three, at most not over 17.
£ £ 2) General member meeting will be held at the first quarter once a year. Before having meeting, the president of association will notice all members by posting registered letter or the way of signing after receiving.
£ £ 3) Under special circumstances, requested by more than half of basic members with joint signatures, special general member meeting can be held.
£ £ 4) The function and power of the general member meeting is:
£ £ £ £ a) Define the general guiding principle for the activities of this association;
£ £ £ £ b) Elect leading organization members;
£ £ £ £ c) Pass the modification of the constitution of this association;
£ £ £ £ d) Consider and adopt every year¡¯s reports, council account and the opinion of supervisor committee;
£ £ £ £ e) Decide other thing important.
Article 6
£ £ 1) The council consists of one chairman, one vice- chairman and several directors. The total of the composed personnel must be odd number, minimal three, at most not over 15.
£ £ 2) The council is the administration organization of this association, responsible for arranging meeting, making plans of activities, handing over every year¡¯s work reports and finance reports, carrying out all resolutions of the general member meeting.
£ £ 3) The function and power of the council is:
£ £ £ £ a) Determine and lead the activities of this association;
£ £ £ £ b) Draw up the internal administrative system;
£ £ £ £ c) Carry out the constitution of this association, the resolution of general member meeting and internal regulation;
£ £ £ £ d) Decide establishing or repealing branch organizations£¬offices and representative organizations;
£ £ £ £ e) Examine and approve the basic members¡¯ qualifications of joining this association, and submit candidates of honor members to the general member meeting;
£ £ £ £ f) Take any action or sign any contract to the third party representing this association, or represent this association in court regardless of being defendant or plaintiff;
£ £ £ £ g) Engage or dismiss full-time personnel, determine his salary and welfare;
£ £ £ £ h) Draw up annual report and account;
£ £ £ £ i) Decide other thing important;
£ £ 4) The council may set up secretariat, financial department, liaison office, communication department, and synthesis office according to the actual situation;
£ £ 5) The chairman of the council may exercise as following authority:
£ £ £ £ a) Call and preside over the council¡¯s meeting;
£ £ £ £ b) Represent this association;
Article 7
£ £ 1) The supervisory committee is inspector organization, in charge of supervising the working of the council, checking account and offering relevant opinions. One chairman, one vice-chairman and several supervisors are established. The total of the composed personnel must be odd number, minimal three, at most not over 9.
£ £ 2) The function and power of the supervisory committee is:
£ £ £ £ a) Supervise the financial affairs of the council;
£ £ £ £ b) Examine the account of this association;
£ £ £ £ c) When the action of the council makes the supervisory committee think that there are sufficient reasons for them to put forward some questions, the supervisory committee has the rights to request holding special general member meeting to handle this problems.
£ £ £ £ £ £ £ £ £ £ £ £ Chapter 3£ £ Membership
Article 8
£ £ 1) The members divide into Basic members and honorary members. The basic members divide into personal members and group members.
£ £ 2) Everyone who is engaged in jewelry profession, has certain ability to appreciate and agrees with the aims, recommended by two basic members, after approved by the council and handing in the admission funds, can become personal member.
£ £ 3) Every entity that agrees with the aims and devotes him to accomplishing that, after approved by the council and handing in the admission funds, can become group member.
£ £ 4) Suggested by the council and passed by general member meeting, the natural person or legal person who has special contribution, the well-known jewelry connoisseurs and organization in the jewelry industry in the world can be appointed to the advisor, honorary advisor, honorary leader and honorary member of this association. The above natural person or legal person needs not pay the membership dues.
Article 9
£ £ Any member who breaches and do not obey the constitution of this association or injures reputation and benefit of this association, after the council resolution, has to be canceled the membership.

Article10
£ £ The members of this association can take part in the whole activities that this association conducts, can attend general member meeting and have the rights to speak, nominate, vote, stand for election, can enjoy the whole rights that the association provides, have the right to join the association voluntarily and withdraw from the association freely and will suggest and inspect the work of this association.
Article11
The member of this association should pay the admission funds and other dues, obey the constitution and inner regulations, complete all sorts of work and tasks that is assigned by the association and devote himself to developing this association and supporting the association¡¯s reputation and legal rights.
Chapter 5 £ Discipline
Article 12
£ £ 1) Every member who disobeys this constitution and inner regulations, will suffer the following punishment: £
£ £ £ £ a) Oral warning;
£ £ £ £ b) Written criticizing;
£ £ £ £ c) Suspending his rights of member at most six months;
£ £ £ £ d) Dismissing his membership
£ £ 2) Every member who is under the following circumstance will be punished:
£ £ £ £ a) Those whose behavior damages the reputation of this association or endangers this association benefits seriously;
£ £ £ £ b) Those who make a personal attack to other department members when they carry out their tasks;
£ £ £ £ c) Those who make use of the name and authority of this association, but seek the private interest.
£ £ 3) To any punishment case, the council must permit the person who makes mistakes to argue his case at first, and then make reports to general member meeting according to the circumstance. The conclusion will be decided by conference vote.

Article 13
£ £ The budget source of a this association: £
£ £ 1) The admission funds;
£ £ 2) The incomes from developing the association¡¯s activities or offering other services;
£ £ 3) The subsidization and donation to this association.
